Excellent build quality and timely handover
We bought a 3BHK flat and the experience was smooth from booking to possession. The build quality is top-notch — wide corridors, premium fittings, and great landscaping. The team was responsive and addressed all our queries during construction.

Great amenities but handover was delayed by 2 months
Overall a positive experience. The club house, pool, and gym are world-class. My only gripe is the possession was delayed by about 60 days, though the builder did communicate proactively about this. Final product is impressive.
